Christina Osheim, the artist and founder, is a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) who has acquired Neurodiversity with both Autistic and ADHD traits. Each year about 2.8 million people have a TBI. Those who survive will live with lifelong side effects. Often It is an invisible disability that makes living a “normal” life difficult if not impossible.
What are NeuroMaps?
Christina calls the series of drawings NeuroMaps. These drawings have been a way for her to process her short term memory loss, and solidify certain things into her long-term memory. Can you create your own NeuroMap?
